Matt’s | white
2023 | Petit Manseng Blend
Our Petit Manseng-based white gives off notes of preserved lemon and almond pound cake. With a nose of chamomile, clove, and golden apple, Matt’s packs a puckery punch while remaining supple and rich on the palate. Aged in neutral wood, a new Klaus Pauscha foudre, and Taransaud Pure barrels.

Ita’s | rosé
2023 | Grenache Blend
A light rosé with hints of rose petals, bubble gum, and tangerine, Ita’s is perfect with gazpacho, ceviche, or even chips & salsa while sitting by the pool. Think of this as a “school night” wine and pour generously.

Cay’s | Red
2021 | Grenache Blend
Typically, if allowed to age for an extended time, Grenache tends to dry out and lose some of its red fruit allure. This wine’s goal was to capture the youthful fruit character of the Grenache. Graciano adds weight to the mid-palate and a darker hue. It is aged briefly in Sylvain and Nadalie barrels for added balance.

Renato’s | Red
2020 | Grenache Blend
Composed of mostly Grenache and Graciano, this is an elegant, texturally silky blend with aromas of dark cherry, bay leaf, and a hint of fig. If you like BIG Pinot Noir, this one will please you.

Lorenzo’s | Red
2020 | Tempranillo Blend
Our ‘tip of the hat’ to the Rioja region of Spain. Tempranillo takes the lead here while Graciano provides depth, color, and added body. The nose of this wine hints cozily at cedar and cigar box while currant and blueberry marmalade add a contrasting allure. You’ll find a little hint of overturned earth and thyme as well. A gregarious tannin presence adds structure.

Sandra’s | rosé
2023 | Rosé Blend
Sandra’s is a rosé for the red wine drinker. This blend of Carignan, Malvasia Bianca, Petit Verdot, and Montepulciano offers notes of rhubarb, candied apple, and – what’s that? – citrus pop rocks candy.

Betty’s | Red
2022 | Grenache
This Beaujolais-like red is composed of 100% Grenache. Pavle employed the carbonic maceration technique for 50% of this blend. It has a gorgeous pale ruby color and scents of hibiscus and cranberry, which are tempered by an earthy and stemmy grip.
