Our vines love the sunny days and cool nights of the high desert and our rocky mineral-rich soil. This combination of place and climate determines the grapes we grow, and we’ve chosen only the grapes that are the happiest in our neck of the woods. Though you might not be familiar with names like Monastrell, Montepulciano and Graciano, we’re certain you’ll approve of the wines they generate.
Our new brand, which makes its debut on our 2020 vintage bottles, is a tip of the hat to the Mustang mountain range, more specifically Mt. Bruce — known as the Biscuit by the locals.
