Club Shipping Rates

For first leaf

  • In-state: $25 flat rate shipping for each full or partial case

  • Out-of-state: Competitive shipping rates

For Second leaf

  • In-state: $20 flat rate shipping for each full or partial case

  • Out-of-state: 50% discount on competitive shipping rates

For Third leaf

  • In-state: $10 flat rate shipping for each full or partial case

  • Out-of-state:: 75% discount on competitive shipping rates
