The dishes at the Elgin Tasting Room and our restaurant, The Biscuit, feature delicious, creative cuisine that harmonizes with our wines without overpowering them. Chef Trevor Routman creates seasonal menus for both the Tasting Room and The Biscuit that pair perfectly with Los Milics wines.

Los Milics Vineyards is located on 20 acres in the high grasslands of Southern Arizona with panoramic views of the Mustang Mountains. The distinctive domed formation of Mt. Bruce, the northernmost peak of the Mustangs, is known locally as “Mt. Bruce.” We happily honor it by naming our restaurant The Biscuit.

The Biscuit is open for dinner 7 nights a week at 5:30pm. The last seating is at 7:30pm. We encourage reservations but will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.

Directions: From Phoenix and Tucson: I-10 East to Tucson. Take AZ 83 south to Sonoita. Continue on AZ 82 to Upper Elgin Road. Less than 3 hours from Phoenix and less than 1 hour drive from Tucson.
