Tapas-style shared plates are served for lunch in Elgin, and dinner with wine pairings are at our Estate Vineyard’s The Biscuit.

Fridays & Saturdays: Noon – 9pm

The Biscuit | Vineyard dinner
At night the Elgin Tasting Room transforms into The Biscuit, our signature dining venue. Under Chef Ana Borrajo’s direction, the menu is designed for food lovers. Guests can choose to add wine pairings with dinner.
